The project “e-university”: “Concretisation of Completed System of Information and Transactions of the Citizen” - Supply and Installation of infrastructure was allocated to the union of companies “ALTEC-Cardisoft”, having as subcontractor the OTS enterprise”.

The particular work concerns the concretisation and operation of the Completed Informative System called e-university, which will upgrade the Information and the Transactions of citizens with the Greek Academic Institutions.

The e-university operation concerns the digital services of information and administration of the third degree education to the citizens, that is to say the students, the candidate students (students), the graduates, the parents, instructive, inquiring and administrative personnel, the candidates in places that are announced, contractors and suppliers. The work aims at completing and unifying the existing operations in each institution, in order to achieve a very high level of digital governmental services, provided to the citizens via Internet, with main characteristic the easy access and exploitation of services offered by the Institutions of the country.

In the frames of the project, OTS installs the applications of Economic Affairs (it includes the Payroll and the Accountancy - Economic Management), Supplies, Public Work and the Management of Inquiring Programs.
